"Skateboard Legends" Personal Project next Digital art Exhibition.
My favorite skaters from the golden age of skateboarding (1995-2010).
I started skating in 86 when I was only 10 years old and there were only a handful of skate brands.
I remember starting to skate with a Sancheski bread stick, throwing myself sitting on the slopes of my neighborhood. I grew up and learned to skate with the skate superheroes, Powell Peralta's Bones Brigade and watching the first skate videos such as Ban This, Future Primitive or Hokus Pokus among others. I have lived through all the eras of skateboarding and its evolution over more than 30 years skating and of course the golden ages. The 70s and 80s are undoubtedly the first golden age of skateboarding and although there is a lot of debate about the golden age of skateboarding for me and for many skaters of my fifth without a doubt it was from 95 to 2010 or 2015 when I spent the best years skating in the Plaza de Colón in Madrid and I could see how the skate evolved in an unstoppable way.
I have dedicated my whole life to skateboarding and that is why through my art I would like to pay tribute to those skate legends of the golden age (1995-2010) that I lived with so much passion and inspired me to improve myself every day.
